Grappler Type J Slow Jigging Rod
Shimano's Grappler Type LJ Jigging Rods are built for light jigging applications. They have a moderate-fast action, which is ideal for the fisherman bouncing bucktails or soft plastics on the bottom to give off lifelike action. For the Northeast fisherman, this is ideal for jigging fluke and seabass as the tip of the rod is fast enough to impart action on the bucktail/soft plastic but forgiving enough to withstand headshakes and keep the fish locked on the hook.
